One my first full projects for Blackbough Swim as an art director and graphic designer was to conceptualize the Creamsicle line release. The bikini designs and prints were already made by Jemina Ty (CEO & Creative Director) and team, so it was my job to add a story to it! Jem already mentioned a relation to ice pops so I decided to roll with the idea and to push it even further.

The bikini line was inspired by the tie dye trend in 2020, but I didn't want to market it as just '90's '00's baby swimwear. I asked myself if there a way to sell a bikini, as if it were food.
